Our style and approach to wedding photography is simple. First and foremost, we want you to go ahead and enjoy your day to the full and be yourself. We will be discreetly there to capture the special moments for you with the minimum of fuss. It is our goal to capture all the emotions of your day through a relaxed, fun, friendly and unobtrusive photographic style. Through our experience we know how to ensure that both the happy couple and their guests feel comfortable and confident as we work around you all to create our fresh and distinctive images.
Preparation is of paramount importance to us. Whenever possible, we like to meet our clients face-to-face at least 2 to 4 weeks prior to the wedding date in order to discuss the finer details such as those "must have" shots; double check the itinerary for the day ( church, reception venue, times and addresses ) and any other specific needs. This is also a good time for all concerned to get to know one another a bit better before the big day so that everyone is confident and comfortable so your true character can shine in the images.
We also do our homework. At least 1 week prior to the wedding date myself and an assistant will assess lighting levels, special locations, traffic etc from the house where the bride will be leaving onto the church and finally the reception venue using the exact times schedualed for the wedding day itself. We leave nothing to chance.
